- homemdade Four Cheese (caciocavallo ragusano, parmigiano reggiano, crescenza and water bufalo mozzarella)
- 4 slice imported salami golfetta
And after cook in wood fired oven we topped with fresh black Truffle Urbani

- Mix Mushrooms (Cremini. Shiitake and champignon)

And after cook in wood fired oven, we topped with four slice off imported prosciutto di Parma
