Black Winter Truffle
Tuber Brumale Vittadini
Intense and decisive flavour
The Black Winter Truffle is ideal for those who love the intense, decisive and persistent flavor of the truffle.
Particularly suitable for first and second courses, it has a brownish-grey or smoky-grey color, with white veins that are sparser and coarser than the fine black, which determine large white areas at the points where they converge.
The surface appears finely warty, black in colour, brownish in younger specimens.
