The black truffle par excellence, the most prized and loved, also called Nero di Norcia or Black Diamond of the table.
Nero Pregiato expresses a delicate and pleasant aroma, with a delicious and unique flavour. A true gem of nature.
The gleba is black-brown tending towards purple or reddish, with thick and thin whitish veins and well-defined contours, accompanied by two translucent brown bands on the sides, the surface has pyramidal warts and reddish shades.
